Buttons

Buttons are little things, seemingly insignificant, but when we lose one we realize how significant they really are.

This happens in relationships of all kinds. Perhaps you have ones that need healing or even releasing. Either way all of the people in our lives and those we don't know personally are important to God. Perhaps you are struggling with your own importance to God or see others around you that don't have a relationship with God.

All are significant, have value and purpose. Pray about your actions and your reaction to others in the relationships you have. Take a button as a reminder of how significant you and others are to God. Pray for awareness, pray for understanding, pray for God's strength to help you see the importance of others.

"Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear; you are more valuable than many sparrows." -Luke 12:7

Paper Wall

Write your prayer on the ribbons of paper and weave it into the ribbon wall ... Pray over all the prayers and be reminded of the importance of being part of the community of believers and being part of the body of Christ. Through our prayers and actions we invite others into the community regardless of differing views, cultures, social status, gender or race.

"We are all woven together in the great web of humanity, and whatever we can do to benefit and uplift others will reflect in blessings upon ourselves." - Glen. G. White

3 Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace. 4 For there is one body and one Spirit, just as you have been called to one glorious hope for the future. 5 There is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 one God and Father of all, who is over all, in all, and living through all. - Ephesians 4:3-6

Salt and Light

We are called to be salt and light to the world ... Pray for our community, city, country and the world ... Pray for the healing of God's world and people, that all may know God's love and grace.

Pray that God will guide you as you live out acts of kindness, compassion, humility, respect and love.

Light a candle and take a salt packet as you pray and remember who you are in Christ.

"Salt is good: but if the salt has lost its saltiness, where with will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves and have peace one with another." -Mark 9:50

Baptism Stone

Take a rock and allow. this water to be a remembrance of your baptism. Pray for those that have been baptized in Christ and have forgotten what that means in their lives, and for those yet to know the healing power of God's grace, through water and the Spirit.

I will remember my baptism and be thankful. Amen

May the Holy Spirit work within me, That having been born through water and the Spirit, I may live as faithful disciples of Jesus Christ. Amen.

"John came baptizing in the wilderness and preaching the baptism of repentance for forgiveness of sins." - Mark 1:4
